Children's Division - Session 1 & 3 $175 (13 weeks each)

All 3 Sessions $446.50 (includes 5% discount)

Registration Fee: $20 (Register by August 8, 2025 and the fee is waived :)

Tuition is non-refundable except in the event of serious illness or injury. The Studio accepts cash or check only.

Tuition is due within 7 days of submitting registration and can be mailed or dropped off - please call ahead to make an appointment if you would like to stop by during off hours (262) 633-4450

I certify that my student is physically able to participate in an active physical program.

I hereby waive and release The Studio of Classical Dance Arts, LLC from any and all liability for injuries, illnesses, or loss of property incurred while participating in classes or other studio activities.

I/we hereby give permission to The Studio of Classical Dance Arts, LLC to take and use photographs and video images for the sole and exclusive use of The Studio.
